Hi, and thanks for visiting!

I’m Casey Bottono, and I’m fiercely passionate about the stories that make up our lives. We’ve all heard them, and we all have them…so here’s mine, in short.

I’m a graduate of Falmouth University’s English with Creative Writing degree, with an MA in Professional Writing. Somewhere in between, I found time to publish my first poetry e-book, and I’m still working on a number of projects.

I’m not fond of change, but that doesn’t mean I’m against experimentation in my writing. So far, I’ve branched out and written my first screenplay as a result of the MA, which will be broadcast on Source FM at some point in the future.

Aside from all this, I’m deeply passionate about reaching out to people who are grieving through my words. Creativity continues to pull me through when difficulties arise, and I advocate a creative approach to dealing with grief as much as possible.

Whatever your path, whatever your story…I’m thankful that our paths converged. If you like what you see here, you can sign up for my new monthly newsletter, and subscribe to receive my latest blog posts via email.

Meanwhile, why not leave a comment to let me know you’ve dropped by?

  4. Hi Casey,

I really like your site. It’s easy to get around and I like the content.
I’ve also just added you on Google+ too.

Hope the start of the new novel is going well.

    • Hi Mark,

Thank you very much. That means a lot. I’ll connect with you on Google+ in a second.

The start of the new novel isn’t quite going to plan. Wrote quite a bit yesterday, which I will cut today as part of a restructuring drive.

Not sure whether to just write the thing and worry about it later.

      Take care,
